Ventec and GM hoping to produce ‘up to 20,000’ ventilators a month amid coronavirus crisis squib

Bothell-based Ventec and General Motors are close to finalizing plans to expand production of potentially life-saving ventilators at the automaker’s main plant in Indiana. One parts supplier said he'd "never seen anything move this fast" and that the project's goal is 200,000 machines overall with thousands rolling off assembly lines within a month or two.
